This is an empty carpark near my neighbourhood and it is mostly used for beginner driving lessons and not many cars are parked here as it is not a residential area. However, this carpark is situated very near to the National stadium of Singapore and during events, it can attract a lot of people to pass by this area and leave their comments as Candy Chang's TED Video (Before i die). I can suggest this place to be used as
- Build an practice area for Extreme sports such as Skateboarding and Biking.
- An art gallery for talented individuals to showcase their works.
- Build a street market for people to self BBQ and hangout.
